Effective immediately, per CDC guidelines surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, no new permits with 50-plus people attending will be issued for events occurring while the public health state of emergency declared by the Governor is in effect.

*ANY APPLICATIONS FOR PERMITS (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PICKETING AND THE STATIONARY RALLY REGISTRATION FORMS) SHALL BE FILED NOT LESS THAN 30 DAYS OR MORE THAN 180 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE ON WHICH IT IS PROPOSED TO CONDUCT THE EVENT. CITY ORDINANCE #2019-34.
**PICKETING AND STATIONARY RALLY REGISTRATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE FILED NOT LESS THAN 18 HOURS FROM THE ACTUAL COMMENCEMENT OF THE SCHEDULED EVENT.
