On November 30, 2021, Gainesville turns 200! We are kicking off the bicentennial celebrations at Mule Camp Market with a free concert and fireworks on Friday night. Opening acts take the stage at 6:30 p.m. Drivin N Cryin will headline and fireworks will immediately follow the show. The concert stage is located at the Midland Greenway Amphitheater, 682 Grove Street.

Bicentennial Community Stage, local talent and eating contests
Saturday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

And while you are exploring, ride the new Gainesville Trolley to the Historic Gainesville Square for sidewalk sales happening Friday and Saturday.

Parking and Gainesville Trolley Service
Park at the Main Street Parking Deck, 301 Main Street, and ride the trolley to the Mule Camp Market.
The Trolley route will have 2 stops: (1) The Main Street parking deck and (2) The Midland Greenway @ Parker Street
Trolley hours for Mule Camp Market, including the Bicentennial Concert:
- Friday, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. (with a brief pause for 15 minutes during the firework show)
- Saturday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Sunday, 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
