The City of Gainesville is requesting individual Proposals for furnishing materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the FY 24 New Water Meter Installations project.   This Project will consist of the installation of new ¾-inch water meters, on an as needed basis by the City of Gainesville, Department of Water Resources. Beginning on Monday, September 11, 2023, a copy of the request for proposal and contract documents can be obtained, via email from Noura Limami at   There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting for this project on Tuesday, October 03, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the 3^rd Floor Conference Room at the Department of Water Resources, 757 Queen City Parkway, Gainesville, Georgia 30501. Sealed proposals may be submitted until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, October 19, 2023, to Noura Limami, City of Gainesville, Department of Water Resources Administration Building, 1^st Floor, Engineering and Construction Services Division, 757 Queen City Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501.
