GAINESVILLE, Ga. (April 21, 2021) – At the Tuesday, April 20, regular meeting of the Gainesville City Council, Mayor Danny Dunagan delivered the 2021 State of the City Address highlighting accomplishments from “one of the biggest and best [years] for Gainesville”.
“It’s for all these reasons and more I truly believe Gainesville is the place to be, to become educated, to have fun, to raise a family, to retire and enjoy all the stages of life in between,” Dunagan said. “The fact Gainesville celebrates its bicentennial this year is also proof of how far this community has come and the successes it’s seen over the last 200 years.”
