Grab your crew and get outside for this fun, socially-distanced volunteer opportunity!
This year, Gainesville Water Resources is offering 2 ways to get involved in this year's cleanup!
You can either host your own cleanup, choosing your own group, time and location - OR -
Join us in person on Saturday, September 11, 9 AM-11AM at the Trash Trap along Flat Creek! *Option 2 is subject to change based on any changes to CDC Guidelines*
Step 1: Select Your Team
If you wish, make it a group effort and gather your housemates, family and/or friends! We simply ask all participants do their part in practicing safe social distancing and to follow CDC guidelines.
Step 2: Select Your Date, Time & Location
That's right! This year, you or your group will be able to select when and where you all clean up, just schedule it sometime during September 6-11. If you don't have a neighborhood stream or other location in mind, we can help! Indicate you would like for us to assign your group a location when you register and we will be in contact with you shortly. To register for our In-Person Cleanup Event, select 'Flat Creek WRF' on your registration form.
