Access the portal. You will need your account number and the name on the account, last name then first name (with a space between them.) If you are a business of any type, please list it exactly as it is on your bill.

  • Account Number - 012345-001
  • Name - SMITH JOHN
  • Business - THE ACME COMPNANY

Note: The customer portal is currently only available to our Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) customers, also known as FlexNet. If you are a Automated Meter Reading (AMR) customer, also called RadioRead, you are not eligible for this service. Please contact us if you have questions about the type of customer you are.
