It is our goal at the City of Gainesville Department of Water Resources to provide our customers with an outstanding level of service and to ensure that Gainesville and Hall County residents have a continuous supply of the highest quality water and sanitary sewer service. We consistently strive to meet the demands of our increasingly growing population while maintaining customer service and keeping our rates as low as possible for our customers.

The City of Gainesville Department of Water Resources currently maintains over 1,600 miles of underground water and sewer pipeline which is nearly equivalent to a continuous pipeline from Gainesville, Georgia to Salt Lake City, Utah.

Department of Water Resources will be changing to a new payment processor for online bills. Your online account information will transfer to the new processor with the exception of “Your Saved Payment Methods”.
After the transition, you will be required to re-save your payment method and reinstate your autopay.
This transition will take place on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. After the transition, you will receive an email from email@example.com requesting that you update your payment information. Please follow the instructions within this email to reinstate your autopay.
