Please help us keep Gainesville a safe and well-maintained community for everyone. If you see any of the situations listed below, please contact us so it can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Malfunctioning streetlights along the city streets.
Pot-hole, sink hole or other damage to city street surfaces.
Clogged storm drains along city streets.
Hazardous conditions such as ice or debris on city streets.

Emergency Situations

In an emergency situation, such as a tree across the road or other downed structures in the roadways, please call 9-1-1.

Street Maintenance picks up unbagged leaves left at the curbside from October to January.

Please contact the Street Maintenance division on the availability of mulch that has been collected. Mulch is offered free of charge on a first come first served basis so remember to call ahead!
