Strength and Conditioning Class
The intent of this class is to prevent your young athlete from losing their competitive edge with too much Summer relaxation.
Proper running mechanics and change of direction drills will be the main point of emphasis. In addition, athletes will also learn proper technique of basic strength exercises such as body weight squats, lunges, and push-ups as well as various core exercises that will aid in the development of the “total athlete”.
