Building Better Babies

Building Better Babies is a program funded by the Georgia Governor’s Office for Children and Families. This program provides assessment to all first-time Hall County parents who deliver at North East Georgia Medical Center. Results from the assessment are used to determine if families may be in need of additional supportive services to ensure healthy and safe outcomes for the newborn. Staff services range from  giving families important tools to monitor their child’s growth to in-home parenting education and support services. For more information, call 770-503-3330.

The Parenting Education program receives funding from the Georgia Department of Human Services, the Governor's Office for Children and Families, the City of Gainesville and Hall County.
