AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 10 ENTITLED SCHEDULE OF FEES OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAINESVILLE; TO AMEND SECTION 10-1-6 (b) (4) TO REVISE THE ROAD ABANDONMENT OR RENAMING FEE; TO REPEAL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; TO PROVIDE FOR SEVERABILITY; TO PROVIDE FOR CODIFICATION; TO PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2-3 ENTITLED “FINANCE GENERALLY” OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAINESVILLE; TO CREATE A SECTION 2-3-2 IN ARTICLE 1 TO PROVIDE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE DISPOSITION OF PARCELS OF NARROW STRIPS OF CITY PROPERTY; TO REPEAL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; TO PROVIDE FOR SEVERABILITY; TO PROVIDE FOR CODIFICATION; TO PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
