Conveniently located adjacent to the Gainesville Civic Center in downtown Gainesville just 50 miles north of Atlanta in the foothills of the Northeast Georgia Mountains.
The refurbished kitchen allows for catered or self-catered events. For catered events please select one of our approved caterers.
1080 Square Feet Main Room
The above rates apply when Lessee sets up the facility with the rectangular tables and chairs provided at the Cabin. The rental hours are from move-in to move-out time.
Cabin must be closed by 11:00 PM.
Pricing differs for Commercial Events for profit. Contact event sales staff for more information.
$50 minimum downpayment is required to reserve space and is non-refundable (is applied to rent).
A downpayment equal to 50% of the rental fee is required at time of signing of License Agreement and is non-refundable. Balance is due 30 days before event.
Each rental requires a $100.00 Damage/Cleaning Deposit; refundable if there is no damage and the Cabin is left clean.
Contact Scott’s on Downtown at 770-536-1111. They hold the alcohol license for this facility. No other alcohol is allowed. Security will be required.
Beverage Service: includes set ups: cups, ice, etc.
Coffee (as ordered), Assortd Soft Drinks and Bottled Water (on consumption)
$.75 / per beverage
Daily Equipment Charges
Staff (Requested/Required) $18/hour 2 hour minimum
Any event of 4 hours or more without alcohol service - Each 100 guests or portion thereof will require 1 officer.
Any event of 4 hours or more with alcohol service - 50- 100 guests will require 2 officers
Officers - $30 each per hour.
Management reserves the right to modify the above based upon information given.

In addition to the above rental rates, the following rates apply should you desire the staff of the Gainesville Parks & Recreation Agency to set up the facility for you or you wish to use our Linen Service:
