In order for applicants to be considered for employment, a City of Gainesville Employment Application must be completed.  Applicants may also attach a resume to the application; however, a resume will not be accepted in lieu of an application. 

Please ensure that the application is complete and accurate (i.e., dates of previous employment, addresses, phone numbers, references, etc.) 

Applications may be completed electronically but must then be printed out and signed.  Completed and signed applications may be dropped off at the Human Resources office located at 311 Henry Ward Way, Gainesville.  We also accept applications by fax (770-531-2679) or scanned and sent by email to jobs@gainesville.org.
