Self Catering is allowed.  However, only approved caterers will be allowed access to the Kitchen.  Self Catering Guidelines will be provided and must be adhered to.

Rental Downpayment

$50 minimum downpayment is required to reserve space and is non-refundable - (is applied to the rent).
A downpayment equal to 50%  of the rental fee  is required at time of signing the License Agreement and is non-refundable. Balance is due 30 days before event.

Alcoholic Beverages
Contact Scott’s Downtown at 770-536-1111. They hold the alcohol license for this facility.  No other alcohol is allowed. Security will be required.

Beverage Service includes set ups: cups, ice, etc.
Coffee (as ordered), Assorted Soft Drinks and Bottled Water (on consumption)
$.75 / per beverage + 7% tax

Event Personnel:
Staff (Requested/Required) $20/hour - Minimum of 4 Hours
Security: Any event of 4 hours or more without alcohol service - Each 100 guests or portion thereof will require 1 officer.
Any event of 4 hours or more with alcohol service
50- 100 guests will require 2 officers
101-200 guests - 3 officers
201-300 guests - 4 officers
301-400 guests - 5 officers
401-500 guests - 6 officers
Officers - $30 each per hour; 4 hour minimum
Management reserves the right to modify above policies based on information obtained.
