HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY MODIFICATIONS PROGRAM

The Accessibility Modification Program is designed to use Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to remove architectural barriers and make living units inside the city limits more readily accessible to handicapped persons by installing wheelchair ramps, grab bars in bathrooms, door widening, bathroom modifications, and kitchen modifications.

This program is designed to help people in a specific income range. The income limits change each year, so call us to double check. Household must earn less than the HUD income limits. Applies to all persons 18 and above.
