The Housing and Neighborhood Development Department provides assistance through the following programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Demolition Of Dilapidated And/Or Unsafe Structures, Down Payment Assistance Program, Gainesville Non-Profit Development Foundation, Inc., Handicapped Accessibility Modifications Program, Housing Rehabilitation Program, Contractor Approval and Rental Information.
