Mountains Center must comply with all city ordinances, and must
be purchased from the Center's alcoholic beverage licensee. To schedule

The rights to all concessions are reserved by the Georgia

No food or beverages shall be brought into the Georgia Mountains
Center without approval of Georgia Mountains Center Management. |

No free samples of food or beverages may be given away or
otherwise distributed without prior written consent of Georgia
Mountains Center Management. |

Tenants are instructed not to hire any staff personnel for
the Georgia Mountains Center without first receiving the approval
of the Director of the Georgia Mountains Center. |

Equipment and electricity subject to availability. |

Minimum call for all technical and event personnel four (4)
hours. |
