TELEPHONE REASSURANCE PROGRAM

The Telephone Reassurance Program provides a daily telephone call to frail seniors living in Hall County.  The program is staffed entirely by volunteers who make daily calls to check on the well being of clients.  Any additional supportive social needs identified are referred to staff.  If a client cannot be reached, every effort is made to locate the client and ensure their welfare.

Volunteers are needed to staff Reassurance telephone lines.  Volunteers can make calls from the Telephone Reassurance office or from their home. A commitment of a four hour shift per month is requested.  For further information, call 770-503-3330.
