The festival showcases local and regional artists and will take place on the Square in beautiful Downtown Gainesville on Saturday, September 17, 2011, sponsored annually by the Art In The Square Association and Main Street Gainesville.

9^th Annual Art in the Square Festival

Downtown Gainesville, GA

Saturday, September 15, 2012, 10 AM – 5 PM
&
Sunday, September 16, 2012, 11 AM - 5 PM

The Art in the Square Festival is a must-do on September 15^th & 16^th in Gainesville’s Historic Downtown Square. An event made popular with artists and collectors statewide will feature original art work by professional artists and artisans from all over the southeast. Spend your day with working artists; enjoy live demonstrations, plein air painting, raku pottery firings and more. There will be entertainment including belly dancing, live music, and great food from local restaurants.

Artists will be displaying fine art, original oil paintings, unique pottery, hand-made jewelry and other fine crafts; you will see it all at Downtown Gainesville's Ninth Annual Art In The Square! Saturday, September 15, 2012, 10 AM – 5 PM and Sunday, September 16, 2012, 11AM - 5PM
