The City of Gainesville mails more than 10,000 tax bills each year. Payments are due in October and December and can be made in person at 300 Henry Ward Way (1st Floor) or mailed to City of Gainesville, P. O. Box 2496, Gainesville, GA 30503.

Message from the Director

The Administrative Services Department focuses on maintaining the financial health of the City and taking care of our employees and other resources. We promote best management practices throughout the City’s departments and provide assistance for all administrative functions, including human resources and risk management, budget, accounting, and information technologies.
