Captain Conservation's Current Outdoor Water Exemptions

Existing Landscape – Hand watering is allowed from midnight-10am for 25 minutes based on odd-even address system. No watering is allowed on Friday. Hand watering is defined as one person with one garden hose with a spray nozzle that shuts off automatically when released.

New Landscape – Watering is allowed from midnight-10am for 25 minutes based on odd-even address system. No watering is allowed on Friday. Irrigation systems may be used, but hand watering is encouraged.
